It's very simple, for that you have the possibility to create personal profiles for different users. On the other hand, think about not give "administrator" rights only to reliable persons. When creating an account you have the choice between two modes, the administrator who allows you to fully control the workstation and the standard mode which allows you to block certain functionalities. In addition, you also have the possibility to set up a parental block making certain activities or access to certain websites impossible, so that other users do not inadvertently delete your data and cannot jeopardize your programs during a misuse. When one of the users wishes to install a program, he or she must go through a system, which will approve or not its installation.
